Steve joined Keller Williams in 1998 as the Team Leader of the Austin NW Market Center (Gary Keller, OP). Together with his Leadership Team they grew the office from 98 Associates to over 300.

Real Trends ranked the Market Center as the Third Highest Producing Office for Units in the United States. After 4 years as Team Leader Steve led the early development of the Heartland Region as the Regional Director growing the region by nearly 400% in
40 months.

Steve’s agent career began in 1987 at the age of 23. Ultimately growing to as many as 100 Transactions a year and being recognized as one of the Top 20 RE/MAX Agents in Texas.

Today, Steve resides in the San Antonio, TX area.
Steve is the Operating Principle of the Round Rock, TX Market Center with over 220 Associates and Partner in the Georgetown, TX Market Center.

Steve also serves as a BOLD Coach, MAPS Leadership Coach, and Career Visioning Coach. He is also a John Maxwell Certified Coach / Trainer and member of the KWU Master Faculty.

Most Importantly He’s DAD to two Amazing Daughters and is Fortunate to Have his Soul Mate Shelly as his Partner on Life’s Journey!
